Its ok. They dont pay well at all in Topeka unless you do back breaking work.

Pros: Good coworkers, supervisors are very down to earth, family type environment.
Cons: Very low pay for the skill level & maturity the job calls for.

Work Flexibility.

Pros: I am a mobile worker. I work in the field and have a flexible 40 hour work week. I am in the office 2 days out of the week. I am able to meet with clients in person.
Cons: The main things that I like least about my job is that they do not offer a Defined Pension plan anymore.
