My strong points.
Electrical Foreman:
Pros: I like to lead and train electricians on better techniques , teach them to look ahead at finish product , how to get along with other trades and why.i love pressure the more pressure the better I perform and come up with solutions to challenges, plus I get paid to play with big cool toys on every job I consider it my playground to build.
Cons: Trying to implement better cost effective ways to upper management to complete project and do not enjoy fixing unnessary mistakes. It's hard enough to make money doing things right the first time doing mistakes twice is a deficit, also equipment misuse is a big problem know when you need what type of machinery and when you need it can be difficult to obtain from office , things on paper are not always how installations work.
