The hours are horrible. You never get a living wage. The leadership and upper management tries their best but the place is toxic. Working with the public is awful and security could care less about helping you. No upward movement either. The place is destitute.

Visiting Families in Homes
Education Facilitator:
Pros: I love visiting the parents and their children in their homes. There is so much creativity and originality in the way the families educate their children from home. This is an intellectually stimulating and inspiring work. The principal is an excellent leader who values his employees. This makes for a positive work environment even though I work from home. I love to see the moms and their children grow and develop from year to year.
Cons: I often feel isolated, so I need to make an effort to get out with my friends and keep my own hobbies going.
