What is it like working as an Echocardiographer?

Echocardiographer:
Good place to work but the pay scale is amongst lowest in region. Trmc has recently lost lot of experienced employees due to wages. Benefits are ok. Management is good. Great employees just low pay. Well rounded organization cares about patients and employess..just pay.

Echocardiographer in Chelsea:
Pros: The small community hospital atmosphere. Great people to work with and the patients are great.
Cons: The volumes. Constant Flexing for volumes. Feel like some days you don't have enough staff and then the next we have to many.

Pros: Being able to help Veterans who served our country.
Cons: Pay and not having anyone know what we do.
