Duty Manager Reviews

What is it like working as a Duty Manager?

June 2019
Manager on Duty.
Duty Manager in Milwaukee:
Pros: Opportunities to implement my own strategies
Cons: Organization and Structure at store-level employment
May 2019
Duty Manager in London:
A positive working environment but the constant inundated pressure from customers makes it a truly cruel environment to work in. The staffing at the centre is adequate but I believe their could be work done to improve. I don’t see much if not at all many work benefits. Ludicrous to think I have to pay for a membership for which I work for the company.. Begs to believe. Pondering. Pay does not reflect what I bring to the company the loyalty and dedication shown, as well as not being owed for the out of hours work I do to compensate this.
March 2019
Challenging.
Duty Manager in Burnley:
Pros: Atmosphere is friendly and challenging while being laidback
Cons: Lazy superiors
March 2019
Hard.
Duty Manager in Brisbane:
Pros: Patrons
Cons: Pay rate and recognition
February 2019
Fairer pay.
Duty Manager in Maroochydore:
Pros: Insides into the workings of the whole business not just parts of it
Cons: Being used
February 2019
The lack of a work life balance.
Duty Manager in Bournemouth:
You have to be committed and accept that you will miss events and family events and you will not get a Valentine’s Day with your loved one.
February 2019
Challenging but manageable.
Duty Manager in Fort Lauderdale:
Pros: The flexibility provided by my boss.
Cons: Multiple meetings, with no actual resolve. Too much time talking about the issues instead of implementing corrective action.
