Balancing the Needs of Software Development, Sales, and Support.
Documentation Manager in Houston:
Pros: I enjoy the challenges that come from ongoing product development. As the software evolves to better suit the needs of our users, user documentation and communications must keep pace and help ease the transition to each new version.
Cons: At times, projects for different departments come up at the same time, requiring that I shift gears often and juggle the needs of each group to keep everything running smoothly.
January 2019
Documentation Manager:
Not much opportunity to progress, the bank do not support staff as much as they suggest. Salary good but when you earn the top level for your role you will not get a pay increase year on year. No bonuses which is a double edged sword as you do not always feel appreciated when you work hard and get a poor yearly pay increase.

Documentation Manager in Bangalore:
Work hard and manage your people well.
