Over Worked and Under Paid.
District Sales Leader:
This is probably the worse job in the company due to the fact we are treated worse than any other position in the company. We are expected to work extremely long hours, 70-75 hours a week. When a route person calls out we're expected to go do their job and still get our job done too. We receive phone calls 7 days a week ALL thru the day and night since route guys start all hours of the night. Management has NO problem with us working 16+ hours a day.
