Pros: Focus on leadership. Strong emphasis on support at all levels. Constantly changing. Clear expectations. Great deal of latitude and independent in method of delivering results.
Cons: Prevalence of support organizations can create bureaucracy. Same latitude and independence that allows committed employees to succeed can allow others to falter and even weigh the organization and others down.
