Pros: Regular work as a casual the base per hour is $33.73 PM shift - $38.78 Night Shift - $40.47 Saturday - $50.59 Sunday - $59.02 Public holidays -$50.59 Overtime -$67.46
Cons: I would suggest working for them for the money and the lovely clients. Sadly you will face poor communication with management. They have too many managers and it appears that no one talks each other. Poorly structured company but delivers great care

Pros: The flexibility, the work, the offers of extra hours. The opportunity to make myself unavailable, set my own availability. Staff are very nice, professional and respectful.
Cons: Short turn around time in some shifts.

Pros: I love everything about my job. It gives me a lot of experience and I generally feel rewarded to support and mentor children with autism. It is my passion.
Cons: I don't have a clear understanding about my pay. Arlington Support Service don't give me enough information about the wages we as support workers are suppose to receive. I have been paid incorrectly many times and I am curious as to what I am supposed to be paid.
