Pros: Vancouver is safe with a reasonably good infrastructure, easy access to nature and outdoor sports and very good restaurants.
Cons: It’s ridiculously expensive to live here compared to average wages. People are priced out of buying.

Not a digitally savvy agency, in fact leadership puts no thought or effort into learning digital best practices at all. Leadership does not do a good job helping employees grow and learn. Compensation is not good and raises are rarely given despite increased responsibilities. Leadership is toxic and often fights amongst themselves.
