Pros: Denison is a great size town. It has many amenities that most people would want. It has a great school district. The people are good. Pretty place. Good medical. Fairly diverse businesses. Sherman is a sister city and it has more amenities that we need, but easily accessible.
Cons: It can be a small town with everyone knowing everything about you. It is limited on its opportunities in the job market with a higher degree and experience. It does not value experience. Women are at a definite disadvantage.
