Cons: I recognize that I deserve to feel psychologically safe and secure, and I'm actively working towards achieving that.

Cons: The school is connected to a Church and the head of the institution is ran by a Bishop who’s wife is the Director of Human Resources. I feel that in higher education, there is no place for nepotism.
