Cons: Allergies are bad here.

Be kind and thoughtful to employees, but don't be afraid to hold them accountable. Your first responsibility is to the children. Scheduling can be a nightmare, so when hiring, screen carefully. Set a budget and refer to it frequently to make sure you are on track. Set goals and make a master calendar. Become acquainted with other professionals in your community. Never stop learning.
