Work After Undergrad Or Go For Masters?
Director, Operations and Administration:
Based on my experience, aggressively seeking an internship as early as possible during undergraduate studies with a strong company (preferably in a field you would consider working) is extremely important. I recommend continuing with a Masters Degree immediately following undergrad studies, the learning just flows much better. It is really hard to go back after several years and get back into the "student mentality" necessary to do well in graduate school. Plus, you'll be more likely to be surrounded with peers (similar age, ambitions). Great networks and friendships are formed during this time.
November 2013
Director, Operations and Administration:
Pros: The variety of tasks; the autonomy of decision-making; and positive environment.
Cons: Dealing with difficult senior managers
