Pros: Hummm thats a good question. The medical benefits.
Cons: They dont care about the clients, they really could care less about the staff, been assulted twice individual remains in the house. Lacks team work compassion, and poor communication do not get paid for every hour im here with them but I cant leave.Through it all I try to keep my stress levels low because its not my life.
