Pros: I like the laid back, slower pace of life Sioux Falls offers. South Dakota is a very rural state however, Sioux Falls is a somewhat "urban" city with plenty of things to do.
Cons: The cost of living is a lot higher in Sioux Falls than the rest of South Dakota but the pay does not adjust to that.

Cons: I have lived in four countries located in different world regions; San José's traffic is by far one of the worst. It is almost as bad as São Paulo's.
