What is it like working as a Digital Designer?

May 2020
Great job if you're into sports, but crippled by lack of digital ability.
Digital Designer in Chicago:
Pros: The people I work with are excellent, both as designers and as people in general. I am also given the opportunity to use many different skills at work.
Cons: From a digital perspective, there are far too many limitations. Wilson strives to be a relevant and "cool" company, but good design is crippled by the platform we've chosen to use. Very frustrating.

It's good, if you get paid what you deserve.

Challenging.
