Dietary Clerk Reviews
What is it like working as a Dietary Clerk?
June 2019
I love my job, but I definitely feel that I am under appreciated for all that I do for my department. I do my absolute best to have all of my tasks done correctly and in a timely manner.
Dietary Clerk in Gardner:
Pros: I love seeing the Residents who live there. I love that I get to make someone’s day just by saying hello. I am also grateful for the responsibility of my job to ensure that our department stays on task and on time. I do tend to work independently, because that gives me more time to stay focused on other time consuming tasks. I like that I am able to challenge myself daily by different tasks, allowing me to grow.
Cons: I do not like that I have not received my pay raise since my promotion (or upgraded from a Dietary Aide)

Can Be Very Stressful.
Dietary Clerk:
Pros: Working with patients nurses and doctors and learning all kinds of diets.
Cons: Always short of staff knowing that the hospital makes money could better pay us so employees can stay.
