Love my residents, very short staffed , work with only one other employee or by myself, I feel the residents are not getting the customer service they deserve.

Good sometimes stressful at other times , labor shortages make things difficult at times.

Cons: Interactions with other employees can be difficult because fellow employees feel over worked & under paid , sometimes their anger is released onto the people they work with, but because of the labor shortage people aren't held accountable for their actions because they can't spare the person so any behavior no matter how bad it might be is tolerated.
