Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) Reviews

What is it like working as a Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN)?

I Love The In Patient Services.
Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN):
Pros: The different degree in patients I care for.
Cons: They took away our profit sharing and no bonuses given. Stress level.
February 2014
A Great Company In Print, Little Recourse For Employees.
Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN):
Pros: My position is unconventional in that it is Acute Care, NOT a clinic setting. I enjoy finally having a day job (primarily) and getting to work closely with ICU patients again when doing mobile treatments. I also like not being "trapped" in the same area for the entire shift most days.
Cons: My supervisor is a great micro-manager, but horrible leader. The company doesn't recognize problems in local areas until a mass-exodus of employees, or other another disaster. The employee has no voice, or ability to make change, or improve upon the way things have been done for eons, leaving anyone with higher standards very unsatisfied. This company doesn't value experience, they want trained monkeys.
