Desktop Support Technician:
Pros: I enjoy the exposure to new technology and close knit team.
Cons: Business services, as a whole, are not valued or seen in good light by the rest of the business as a whole. Furthermore, perks, pay, benefits and culture all cast business services as second class citizens.

I Love My Job.
Desktop Support Technician:
Pros: The people. I truly feel like I work in a small community. It gives me a sense of well being.
Cons: The organization itself, while flexible for its workers, is inflexible in many other ways. Everything seems as if it was created by committee.
