Pros: I have learned a lot, I enjoy working with computers, laid back management. Wealth of experience and knowledge in most computer systems.
Cons: No room for growth, difficult to move past this position in most companies, gain a wealth of knowledge and experience that can applied to other positions, but will not be looked at as a serious candidate for those positions, due to not having the correct title. Very stressful and time sensitive environment.
