High Stressed, unappreciated role.
Desktop Engineer:
Pros: Flexibility in work, getting to know and help users of all genders, religion, ethnicity etc.
Structure in the I.T office in regards to providing service and support.
Experience in getting to be familiar with all kinds of software, OS, machinery, hardware, networks, telecoms and peripherals in the industry.
Cons: Stress Levels.
Salary.
Understaffed.
No defined role, the amount of responsibilities outweigh the contracted description by a lot.
Unappreciated in the amount of work done.

Pros: Solving problems no-one else can.
Cons: Lack of resources to do things with a best practice manner.
