Deputy General Counsel Reviews
What is it like working as a Deputy General Counsel?
January 2015
Like what you do.
Deputy General Counsel:
You have to have work-life balance, but you also have to enjoy what you do.
Earnings are important to some people, but having additional time for family is more important than earnings to some people.
We have to find the right balance.
Don't lose sight of why you became a lawyer. If you like to litigate cases, then you should. If you take a job that is more administrative in nature you may become board in your job and less satisfied as a result. Only you can figure out what you like.
