Pros: My pay, mentors, and front desk.
Cons: Office politics, clicks, turnover, management/dentists not knowing the difference between flexing and being flexible.

Pros: There are a lot of dental offices to choose from, but there is a school for dental hygiene here also. Generally this area has great offices, but I feel we don’t get paid like the rest of the country.
