Pros: Hadley Family Dentistry makes sure that all of our thoughts are heard and really helps with one-on-one reviews to help us better ourselves.
Cons: Very little. I do feel sometimes that other employees do not do their part of work which then puts it on others and adds extra stress to our day.

Cons: No accountability for a lot of lazy and irresponsible assistants as far as showings up late if at all and leaving whenever they feel like.
