What is it like working as a Debt Collector?

Great experience and Satisfied.
Debt Collector:
Pros: I like talking to customers and helping customers and find this work so interesting.I have also gained experience and have also manage to tackle different scenarios which have made a better debt collector.
Cons: Every star have their days, at times I can feel pressured when there are no collections for the day.

Pros: To be able to assist debtors, negociating with them, responding to them drafting them their settlement letters, arrangement letters, final demands and paid up letters.
Cons: Salary and incentive scemes and why no end of year bonus? Its what you working towards for the festive season as well as where documentation is concern?why do you need documentation for a day unpaid?

Not Very Supportive, Low Pay, No Perks.
Debt Collector:
Pros: I like being able to help people who are genuinely struggling to pay their bills.
Cons: No perks, not much recognition, Low pay, high expectations.

Pros: THE COMPANY I WORK FOR, THE PEOPLE I WORK WITH, THE CHALLENGE OF REACHING GOALS AND THE INCOME POTENTIAL, WORK FLEXIBILITY.
Cons: DRAMA, LATE NIGHTS, CHANGING PROCEDURES, LACK OF ONGOING TRAINING, LACK OF COMMUNICATION, STRESS.

Take all the information provided from your trainers, Don't be afraid to ask questions, It will only improve your position and knowledge. Use the veterans to your advantage they are there for you to lean on.

It's Like A Love/Hate Relationship.
Debt Collector:
Pros: Helping debtor with their debts. Hours flexibility. Deal with debtors that don't care about their debts.
Cons: Outrageous goals. Talk times and call counts. Management causing stress to the collectors about how to collect. Don't understand that if debtors can't pay or avoiding phone calls then can't collect.
