April 2019
A solid job, wish I wasn't a contractor.
Database Analyst in Raleigh:
Pros: It's a fun and challenging project I have to work on. My manager is mostly laid back and very open to ideas and criticism, and in addition very supportive and validating.
Cons: The open-endedness of being a 12 month+ or indefinite contractor is somewhat frustrating. It would be nice to know for sure if I did good work that they would hire me on permanently. But I guess that's just not the way they operate anymore.
March 2019
I like the people I work with and the role I am in.
Database Analyst in Charlotte:
Pros: I like the people I work with.
Cons: The product is not supportable due to the highly customized products being sold to cater to clients.
February 2019
Ups and Downs.
