October 2019
Cyber Security Analyst in Fairfax:
There's a Director that is impossible to work for. When they started it was teamwork, challenging and rewarding. Now it's bigotry, racism and sexism. They've hired a nice white guy with no degree but removed three blacks with degrees and experience. Two of them were women.
October 2019
It's engaging, fun, and there is always something to do.
Cyber Security Analyst in Tampa:
Pros: Kforce acknowledges the importance of the role security plays in this digital age, and is willing to invest in the field to make sure they are as safe as possible. This allows me to touch and work with all sorts of security products, and tackle a lot of different issues.
Cons: Cybersecurity and automation has not yet matured at the company, so there are a lot of manual processes and checks that need to be done, which puts a lot of projects on the back-burner.
