Pros: Being able to self manage my day instead of having a supervisor micro manage what I do and when I do it.
Cons: The pay isn't what it should be and the equipment is very old and finicky.

Weekends work.
Uniforms are provided and cleaned for us.
Work boots are paid for along with safety glasses (prescription)
Good benefits.
Great co-workers.
Cheap cheese.
Cons: Long hours 10 hour shifts of standing.
Lots of lifting 50 pounds at a time.
Crazy hours I work the day shift, 2:30am - 12:30 pm (yes that is right)
The plant can be loud, noisy and hot - very stressful.
