Pros: Working from home is the biggest perk by far. Also the staff are super friendly and helpful.
Cons: Not having someone to turn to when I need help as I work alone.

Is a Call Center right for you?
Customer Support Representative:
No everyone can work in a Call Center, if you can be ok with being yelled at by strangers on a daily basis. Then you are on your way.

Pros: Goods are the Salary they offer.
Plus Healthy Atmosphere.
Cons: It had just been 2 months since I joined. No Bad till now.

Customer Support Representative:
Pros: My job gives me a dayshift schedule which is very much favorable to me because I no longer want to work on a nightshift since I had been in my life during the past 3 years. I also like the atmosphere at work and the kind of environment I have which I think is beneficial for me as a Consultant.
Cons: I am hoping that the company can offer me an even higher compensation.

Pros: The people, definitely folks you want to work with.
Cons: The hours I work for a salaried position make me wary of what my hourly rate works out to.

Customer Support Representative:
Pros: Being able to talk to local and international customers and helping them out when they are in a difficult situation regarding their shipments.
Cons: Not having enough opportunities for a promotion and not able to have a long vacation. Longest will be up to 4 and a half days including the weekend!
