Pros: the people i work with, the culture, the relaxed dresscode. I like that management is confident in my ability to run the team. I like that the company promotes from within. i like that dogs are allowed in the office.
Cons: I wish I was provided a little more guidance/structure. I wish I was being paid what the last guy in my position was paid. i really wish we would hire more people/resources for the company to use to furnish all the promises made to partners by upper management.
