When there are discord between managers dividing a workforce team: the question is, is that a healthy work environment? When such behavior gets reported; a passive aggressive manager biases takes aim at those that reported the discordances out on them in the form of bad yearly reviews and label them of ‘not having an awareness’. It is better for the employee to walk away from a toxic work environment.
