Customer Service Representative (CSR):

October 2016
Great culture.
Customer Service Representative (CSR):
Pros: The management is one of the best parts of the job. We have great supervisors who continuously inspire you to try your best. There is also a great deal of flexibility in the work day. We have a workload and you can go about doing it however you want as long as its done one time and accurately. Lastly there is a great opportunity to learn. Right now I'm taking a course aimed at SQL certification (oracle).
Cons: It doesn't push my mind nearly enough. I feel slightly underemployed based on my appetite for knowledge. The thing holding me back right now is experience so I'm in a position where I don't get to push my limits nearly enough.
September 2016
Customer Service Representative (CSR):
Pros: I enjoy that I get to connect with people, and get to be their own personal google of clothing. The relationships gained to yourself personally and the company is satisfying. And I like that I get to represent an cruelty free, animal friendly company.
Cons: The pay is entirely too little for the degree of skills they're asking for in every associate/ model.
