Pros: It is lenient on breaks and schedule changes.
Cons: The wages and bad hours.

Pros: I enjoy meeting and greeting new people at work.
Cons: I work customer service and they expect you to do everything, cashier, damages, answer the phone, and call for back up because you are the only cashier on the register.

Customer Service Cashier:
Pros: CUSTOMERS. 2 CO WORKERS AT THIS SITE. HOURS OF OPERATION. NO WOMAN. NO STRESS.
Cons: PAY RATE. RAISES .29 CENTS PER YEAR. MANAGEMENT.

Pros: I love making the Customers feel important and making sure they get what they need before leaving the store. I want my Customers to have a great experience so they will want to return in the future. I also love the fact that they will look for me before checking out because they like the service I offer them.
Cons: The communication is lacking from Management to employees.
