Underpaid and Overworked.
Customer Service Cashier in Austin:
Pros: The employees and the discounts
Cons: You are underpaid at $9 to do more work than your title. They have cashiers do stocking, receiving, packaging, customer service, sales, and organizing. The customers are constantly angry and rude to employees. Sale associates make $8 and only get 2% commission. Store managers make $10 an hour. There are so many others places that pay better for the same amount of work.
