Pros: I like that I am a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor. I'm highly intelligent which makes my job much easier, I am also skilled at selling things which is the reason I work this position.
Cons: Customers getting mad over stupid or small things. Customers basically telling me how to do my job when it's what I do on a daily basis. Customers thinking they know more about my job than I do myself. Customers who are ignorant and tell me off when I'm really only trying to help them out.
