It's difficult at times. Specifically when its busy.

Pros: Fixing a problem that a student has. Helping potential students to make a change in their life. There is some flexibility of working hours. The casual office enviroment.
Cons: Dealing with complaints regarless if we were at fault or not, we always get the blame! Busy times of year when the pressure can get too much.

Cons: Its not my industry passion, I hate calls and phones, depend on a big team, no bouns, no perks.
