Pros: Diverse job responsibility and creativity.
Cons: Feeling a little cheated/exploited by the GM. I feel my pay doesn't commensurate with the demands of my position having roles and projects throughout many departments.

Pros: As a hospital when I provide a good service to a patient from domestic or corporate, from their heart they thank me and that satisfies me, referring physician and referring corporate thank me then.
Cons: After all the above mentioned happens, I'm least identified by the management. Remuneration is low.
