Work Environment culture.
Credit Analyst in Pretoria:
Pros: Some of the people I work with are friendly, especially the back office people. The credit team help each other out, there is that working together as a team approach.
Cons: Pretoria still has that bad element of some people who still think that we are still living in an apartheid era. The working environment can be hostile at times as other people still think that they can control your mind and how you need to get your job done. I worked in Johannesburg for 4 years and every person was an individual there and was allowed to be without the interference of another person who think that they are superior than you are.
