Credit Analyst in Vaudreuil-Dorion:
Working at Quadra makes you think you are part of the family!! The owner realized that making the employees happy is beneficial for him. Spoiled with gifts, meals. The only downfall is salary is not sufficient when it’s the main salary. Other than that it’s a great company to work for.

A lot of very intelligent people work at LyondellBasell. There is a corporate vibe with some people but overall, friendly co-workers. Restructuring of departments have been positive and moving in the right direction. Very goal and safety oriented company. Work/life balance needs improvement and workloads distributed more evenly.
