Cosmetology Instructor in Española:

Cons: Not as much opportunity.
April 2017
Beautiful town, warm community, cold corporate climate.
Cosmetology Instructor in Capitola:
Pros: The people, the tangible positive impact my daily work has on the school's participants, and the satisfaction of seeing passionate individuals grow into capable, talented, and confident professionals.
Cons: The corruption and disorganization, if not downright dismissal, of corporate and its inability to manage a facility/service that has been self-sufficient for many years is disheartening. The only thing keeping me and my coworkers there is the passion we have for teaching and the satisfaction of serving our community. Also, the traffic is horrendous.
