Pros: Flexibility. Meeting new people. Learning about all aspects of the company. Learning new people skills.
Cons: Long hours.

Corporate Trainer:
Pros: A great deal of autonomy and trust is given. I am able to learn new skills and techniques and implement quickly for maximum results. I attribute the company environment equally to my role itself regarding my high satisfaction level.
Cons: Lack of resource for my own skill development as a professional.

Corporate Trainer:
Pros: I enjoy working in a position that allows me to work closely with front line employees and management.
Cons: The position is unique in the sense that front line employees often provide direct, yet honest feedback. While I enjoy that employees trust me, it can be difficult to decipher which feedback is needed for development and culture building and which feedback is simply an employee venting.
