Contract Negotiator:
Ascensus gives me flexibility to work remote 2 days a week and from home when the weather is bad. I feel I am paid relatively well for my position but there isn’t any path for advancement within the company for my particular set of skills.

Contract Negotiator:
Create something unique and valuable. It could be a service, an application, a process, or even an idea. Take it and get it in front of a decision maker who could be able to use it and get their buy-in. Once you have their buy-in, it will be better to press forward with their blessing on your efforts, than if you didn't have their support. Keep improving on it and make it better. Then find something else, and keep the momentum up.
