Be Obsessively Curious.
Content Marketing Manager:
Ask questions. Reach out to as many subject matter experts as you can, both in and out of your organization. Always remember that the one who listens most (and best) has the most power in any conversation.
January 2016
Great team for your first full-time career.
Content Marketing Manager:
Pros: Lots of opportunity is here at TMP, with the Inbound Marketing team growing faster than any department in the company. With guidance, it won't take long to have the know-how to make qualified, informed recommendations for clients that are good for the team and your development.
Cons: Internally, we're working on more cohesion between departments. Lots of internal struggles result from not working together or knowing where to go. We're fixing that and it will make everything much better.
