Consultant, Marketing Communications Reviews
What is it like working as a Consultant, Marketing Communications?
September 2022
Run as fast as you can.
Consultant, Marketing Communications in Columbus:
Pros: Looking for a new job and the thought of leaving quickly. I was hired as a remote employee and now am being told I have to work on site
Cons: There isn't much to like - I've worked there for 4 months and the company has still not be able to get my PC connected to the vpn/internal sites which has prevented me from being able to do so many integral parts of my job (access documents on the shared drive, sign up for benefits, etc). Since I haven't been able to access anything, I asked for my paystubs to be emailed to me and after 3 months, I started receiving some. Not to my surprise, I realized that every paycheck has been a different amount - with different amounts ranging from $10 - over $200 - still no word back from payroll . In addition, no one is held accountable for anything so if nothing gets fixed - no one cares because no one is going to do anything about it. There are 0 consequences

Digital consultancy is pretty good
Consultant, Marketing Communications:
Pros: Working with data, working with intelligent people, working with new technology. Good salary.
Cons: It doesn't make the world a better place (the job would, if it were at a non-profit or political organisation).
