Consultant, Learning and Development in Portland:
Pros: I’ve met many great people in my time at KP.

Innovation & Health Literacy Consultant Develops Life-long Wellness Partnership with the Region.
Consultant, Learning and Development in Pullman:

September 2021
Professional positions are difficult to find.
Consultant, Learning and Development in Bradenton:
Pros: It is near my home and my commute is short.
Cons: The lack of professional positions.
August 2021
Natural Variety.
Consultant, Learning and Development in Minneapolis:
Pros: Autonomy to do what I do best, consulting, always learning about the work our agency does and working with some great scientists and people who are passionate about our natural resources, variety of projects, developing training and being creative.
Cons: My manager is a micromanager so there is a trust issue. Also one coworker who does nothing, doesn't listen, cannot complete a project and is not held accountable for completing any work on her own. This causes morale and trust issues in the team. Our manager has decided that this issue is a team dynamic issue versus a performance issue and cannot admit that she made a mistake hiring this person. Usually our manager does the majority of her work for her and cannot let her facilitate training on her own because she's inappropriate.
