I have fulfillment in what I do.
Construction Manager:
Pros: I like building things to specification, on time and on budget. I like ensuring safety and environmental is the priority during construction.
Cons: I work at terminals that are away from my home. I have a young family and am away for weeks at a time. The travel gets old.

Don't let people hear your opinions easily. Read your emails from the bottom up. Write your email with reiterations. Do not take work home.

Pros: High pace work environment and new challenges dailey.
Cons: High Stress, subject to changing circumstances and me out of my control.

Must Love Challenges and Travel.
Construction Manager:
You must, and I mean must be able to love the work you do for the work. Not the compensation, not professional accolades, not the company you work for. You must be able slove problems, work long hours, and be away from home. You should be willing to do these things because the thrill of dealing with and sloving problems is a reward you relish.
