Structures change, People do not.
Computer Support Specialist in Phoenix:
Your customers need to be your focus. You will have bosses pulling at you, upper management asking for things, other departments trying to foist their work off on you because it is tangentially related. None of that matters. Make your customers your focus and nothing you do elsewhere will be judged as harshly. If they are your focus and you learn their needs and their process, you will be indispensable.

Computer Support Specialist:
Pros: This positon allows for flexibility at most times, which allows you to decide which task you would like to tackle first. As technology advances, there are more jobs you can complete remotely. I like solving issues that directly affect the end user, because there is instant gratification. This job is usually stress free. You can minimize the amount of stress by being prepared, but some times things just happen.
Cons: I don't like repeat, repeat offenders.
