Pros: My work contributes to the support of our men and women serving in the Armed Forces. Flexible hours. Very reasonable management. Enjoyable and likeminded coworkers.
Cons: Can be monotonous. Many hours staying at a screen. Occasionally get out of office and into the field.

Pros: Work flexibility is usually pretty good. Atmosphere, company ideals.
Cons: Pay is usually a little low. It is a little hard to see openings for upper movement in the company.

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.
Computer Aided Design (CAD) Drafter:
Pros: We have a debit card the company deposits $500 into per annum for which we can use for other medical expenses not covered by our plan - dental, eyecare, etc.
Cons: Not paid anywhere what I should be making. Bad restroom facilities. No paved walkways or parking lot.
